Water leaks

Water supply line leaking 

1. Condensation on pipe is not a water leak, check indoor humidity level. 

2. Small leaks, place a drip pan under leak and enter ticket. 

3. Shut off water- If the water leak is too much for a drip pan, water will need to be shut off. 

• At each fixture there is a shut off. 
• Main shut off, if you can not isolate the leak you will need to shut off all water in the house at the main, typically located in the mechanical room.

4. Open fixture to drain the line otherwise it will continue to drip. 

Warranty
